I liked staff and rooms of the hotel.

Ideal location a 10-15 minute walk from a popular water park. Spacious and fully functional rooms with jacuzzi tub - good value. Smooth check in and late check out.

Spacious Deluxe One-Bedroom Suite with Spa Bath offered a comfortable experience. The bath was impressive, with a large tub and separate shower, perfect for relaxing after long days. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to whip up meals when not dining out.

The elevator situation left a lot to be desired; only one was operational, leading to long waits, especially during busy hours. The bathroom door in one room failed to close properly, and sharing common areas with other guests felt a bit awkward. the breakfast, while decent, could use a wider variety to match expectations, as some items were underwhelming.

The suite had a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. There was also a nice dining area. The bathroom featured a relaxing spa bath. The pool area had sun loungers, hot tub, and a bar with good food. The view from the balcony offered magical sunset views every evening.

Everything was awesome, met every demand, and the staff were very pleasant people from check-in to check-out. The hotel had a very central location practical to reach the parks. I enjoyed the Pakistani cuisine served in the full-service restaurant.

There was the free of charge and very good breakfast and we liked the location as well.

Altogether it was good value though. Our room was brand-new and decent sized with a balcony. The hotel had an excellent and unbeatable location minutes away from Slipstream Sculpture.

Convenient Location and Spacious Suites

The two-bedroom suite was spacious and equipped with a full kitchen. The location was a major plus, being just a short drive to major attractions. The breakfast area during peak hours could get quite chaotic, leading to limited seating.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable for children either.

Great well located hotel with large room. We had an executive suite. Breakfast is not included but there is the possibility to eat at the hotel or in one of the many restaurants in the area, which are only a few minutes away by car.

The carpet was already quite worn out and full of stains. The bedspread is rarely cleaned and was disgusting

The room had a cozy corner with a full kitchen and a separate bedroom which made it feel like home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day at the parks. The location is fantastic, just a quick shuttle ride to Universal Parks.

Nothing major to report, just wish the breakfast could be better.

1-bedroom apartment with well equipped kitchenette, balcony and window to open, which is not easy to find anymore and we like it very much. Free parking in front of the hotel, short distances and you can reach all the necessary
